At NWR, we are always looking to build a team that is excited, educated, and actively engaged with their role and the world around them.
That’s why we are ecstatic to announce our latest hire, Ellen Chambers, as our Accounts Administrator. We had a sit down with Ellen earlier this week to find out more about her and how she has been finding the NWR workspace.
Latest Accounts Administrator Joins the Team
Having joined the team at the end of March 2023, it is still relatively early days for Ellen at NWR. However, with commercial experience in the Pharmaceutical industry, we have no doubt she’ll be contributing her skills in no time.
While working in the pharmaceutical sector, her role consisted of building customer relationships and ensuring their services were being met, being a point of contact for key accounts for any issues, and monitoring compliance. She has also engaged in many invoicing tasks in previous roles, so our accounts-focused service should be of interest and developmental for her skillset.
When she is not working hard at NWR, she embraces her role as a mother and dedicates much of her weekend time to children’s parties, soft plays, or anything else her child finds fun! She also spends time outside on walks and training her two dogs, who she has told us need ‘a lot of exercise’ – dog owners alike can definitely relate to that!
Ellen said that she is “looking forward to becoming familiar with the products and services we offer and building relationships with new and existing customers”, we are looking forward to supporting her in achieving her goals and working together to ensure the best for our clients.
We are delighted to have Ellen as part of the team and we can’t wait to see how her contributions and experience shape and assist in the NWR Hygiene Group’s growth this year and beyond.
