The products we use such as the air fresheners are working far better than previously and the whole process was dealt with very professionally and I was kept informed all the way through. The installation was smooth with the engineer cleaning up after himself and checking on locations etc.
Tania was great, very professional, knowledgeable of products and helpful all the way through the process. She was at the other end of the phone if I had any questions and even called a couple of days after installation to see if I was happy with how things had gone.
We have been using NWR since August 2022 and they have delivered what they agreed on time in a polite and professional way. I have a contact at the end of the phone if I need anything sorted, not that I have had to use it, but it is better than being stuck in a queue waiting for a customer service person who knows nothing about my site making excuses as to why things have not been done.
When they attend the site to carry out the service they are efficient and friendly, and then we get a service report emailed over for our records and compliance.
