As a Area Sales Manager working for NWR Hygiene Group, you will:

  • Increase new business within your territory, focusing on providing Washroom services for businesses across a wide sector in your area.
  • Generate your own leads and appointments that can be converted into tangible, measurable business opportunities.
  • Prospect for potential new clients and drive business through making calls and setting appropriate meetings on a weekly basis.
  • Report directly to the Commercial Director with new opportunities, business trends, and an overview of sales potential in your territory.

The Successful Applicant

In order to be successful in this role, you must have at least 2 years of Hygiene & Washroom Sales Management experience.
It is essential you have a proven track record of delivering growth through winning new business from scratch, with a strong sales personality and emphasis on winning business.
You must be highly commercial, customer centric, adaptable and be able to work efficiently to maximise output.

NWR Hygiene Group is one of the UK market leaders in providing washroom services. We are seeking a new member to join our service team who enjoys working on their own; as part of a team and are passionate about providing great customer service. Prior experience is essential for this job role.

Starting the day from home you will:

  • Look professional in the uniform that we provide, be ready to help and service your customers.
  • Complete your daily vehicle checks and set off early to beat the traffic.

When you arrive at your customers you will:

  • Locate, service and maintain NWR Hygiene Group products within the customer’s premises.
  • Be friendly, professional and help the customer with any service problems.
  • Ensure your customer is satisfied before asking them to sign service documentation.

At the end of the day, when your run is complete:

  • Discuss your day with our Operations Manager and make sure you are ready for tomorrow’s work.

What do you need?

  • Have a full UK driving licence and a good driving record with a minimum of 3 points.
  • Experience in driving a 3.5t van.
  • Be presentable with good verbal and written skills.
  • Ability to manage a multi drop run.
  • A commitment to providing excellent customer service.
  • ADR licence would be an advantage but not essential.
  • Ability to pass an enhanced DBS check.
  • Be over the age of 25.
  • Must be comfortable with using an iPad for servicing documentation.
  • Be comfortable driving long distances.
